Welcome to Project Lilypad's referral page!

We are currently accepting referrals of young women in our Micro-Community Living Program. To get a referral independently, fill out this referral form with your personal statement. If you are a case manager or third-party support services agent, you can also fill out the form or email fostercarereferrals@projectlilypad.org

Please note: Due to high demand and limited vacancies, foster youth with children under 5 are the priority.

STEP 5: Wait for invitation. All referrals are waitlisted and as vacancies become available, potential housemates are invited to a meet and greet to find a mutually agreed match for move in.
